General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding document between the ck 33 platform ("Platform") and the user ("Member"). By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all clauses of this Agreement.

ck 33 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect from the date of publication. It is the member's responsibility to check this page regularly and stay informed of the latest version.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, both parties will attempt to resolve it through discussion. The ck 33 platform operates for entertainment purposes only and does not guarantee financial gain.

Account Registration and Accuracy of Information

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account at ck 33, the member must provide true, accurate, and complete information. If an account is registered using false or misleading information, the account may be suspended or closed and the platform reserves the right to forfeit the associated balance.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any accumulated bonuses will be considered void. Only one account per IP address within a household is permitted.

2.3 Updating Information

If registered details change (such as a mobile number or email address), the member must update them without delay. ck 33 will not be responsible for any communication or transaction issues arising from outdated information.

2.4 Account Security

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their password and login details confidential. If unauthorised access is suspected, the support centre must be notified immediately.

Age Verification and Minor Protection

All casino and betting activities on the ck 33 platform are strictly for persons aged 21 and above. Members must confirm their age at registration, and proof of age such as a National ID card or passport may be requested at any time.

If a member registers using false age information, their account will be closed immediately, deposited funds will not be refunded, and any bonuses will be considered void. ck 33 actively works to protect minors and makes no exceptions in this regard.

Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Members must use a payment account registered in their own name — using another person's payment method is not allowed.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Withdrawal requests are processed in order after verification.

4.3 Account Verification

Before a significant withdrawal, identity verification (KYC) may need to be completed. This may require submitting a copy of a National ID card, passport, or driving licence.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears unusual or suspicious, ck 33 reserves the right to place it on hold and request additional information. Compliance with applicable anti-money laundering laws is a binding obligation of the platform.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The ck 33 welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000; to become eligible for withdrawal, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• A bonus may only be used after the account's main funds have been exhausted, subject to applicable conditions.
• If a bonus offer is currently active, the conditions of the existing bonus must be met before a new bonus can be claimed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they convert to real money only after the conditions have been met.
• If the conditions are not met within the specified time after receiving a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected (such as bets placed with the intent to abuse a bonus), the bonus may be cancelled.

5.3 Other Promotions

Each offer — including weekly reloads, slots tournaments, cricket season rewards, birthday gifts, and referral bonuses — is subject to its own terms. These terms are clearly stated in the description of each offer.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Control

ck 33 believes that recreational gaming should be controlled and moderate. Members can use various self-control tools for their own protection — such as setting daily or weekly deposit limits, taking a temporary account break for a set period, and permanent self-exclusion. If a member feels their gaming habits are becoming problematic, they are encouraged to contact the 24/7 support centre. ck 33 takes problem gambling seriously and can arrange a temporary account suspension if needed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and any such violation is subject to penalties:

• Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using any software, bot, or automated program.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error or system vulnerability.
• Taking any action that is harmful or disruptive to the platform's operations.
• Fraudulent behaviour toward other members or coordinated fraud.
• Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing.

If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be closed immediately, deposited funds may be forfeited, and the relevant authorities will be informed if necessary.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ck 33 platform — including logos, graphics, software, text, interfaces, and designs — is owned by the platform or properly licensed. This content may not be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes beyond personal use.

Content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, JILI, Spribe, etc.) is protected by their own intellectual property rights. ck 33 is only licensed to display their content, and that right is in no way transferred to members.

Privacy and Personal Data

The methods by which a member's personal data is collected, stored, and used are described in detail in the ck 33 Privacy Policy. By registering, the member gives consent to that policy.

ck 33 does not sell members' personal data to third parties. However, relevant information may be shared with partner organisations involved in service improvement, payment processors, and where required by law. All transactions and data transfers are kept secure using SSL encrypted connections.

Service Changes and Interruptions

ck 33 reserves the right to add, change, or discontinue any part of the platform, games, promotions, or services at any time. Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical reasons. ck 33 does not bear liability for compensation due to such interruptions.

If a technical error is found in a game or odds, the relevant round or bet may be cancelled. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the relevant account.

Limitation of Liability

The ck 33 platform is provided "as is". There is a possibility of financial loss in casino and betting activities, and members are aware of this risk. ck 33 will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from use of the platform.

Any loss caused by internet connection issues, device faults, or third-party service failures will be considered outside ck 33's control, and compensation for such losses cannot be provided.

Account Closure and Termination

12.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account if they wish. This process can be initiated by contacting the support centre. It is recommended to withdraw any eligible balance before closing the account.

12.2 Closure at the Platform's Discretion

ck 33 reserves the right to close any account without prior notice due to a breach of terms, fraud, or any other reason. Whether any remaining balance is returned in such circumstances will be decided after reviewing the details of the situation.

12.3 Dispute Resolution
